Details:

The Powder Side Single  Wall Booth intakes fresh air from the cleaner upper levels of the shop through a filter bank in the ceiling of the booth. The filtered air is drawn down and away from the vehicle through exhaust filters at the floor level along both sides. This provides efficient overspray control that reduces prep time and also provides a much healthier workplace environment without an expensive downdraft exhaust pit. When purchased as a pressurized unit, the booth can be equipped with an air replacement unit and cure cycle to meet your requirements. It is available in both drive-through and solid-back designs.

Details:

Our Silver Edition Cross Flow Booth draws fresh air through filters in the drive in doors. This clean filtered air is pulled through the booth and then exhausts through a filter system on the other end. The PFS-FF24 model comes standard with an open style plenum arrangement verses a solid back wall plenum. This type of exhaust chamber gives greater inside working space while making efficient use of shop space. This also enables the addition of drive through doors to be added. The filtered exhaust air is pulled through the exhaust plenum and discharged straight up and into the atmosphere through an exhaust stack.(Optional Feature) We can customize to meet your requirements.

Our Silver Edition Semi Downdraft Booth pulls fresh air from the cleaner upper levels of the working area and then pulled through a double set of filters in the ceiling on the drive in side of the booth. The filtered air is pulled down across the length of the booth, through a "Horseshoe" style plenum at the back and discharged straight up and into the atmosphere through an exhaust stack. This booth can come with drive through doors and is also available in a reverse flow design. A heated Air Make Up unit can be added to this booth with relative ease.
